Pharmacare online services will be moving from PharmaCare.com to Caremark.com. If you were previously registered on Pharmacare.com and want to continue using online services, please re-register at www.caremark.com/register on or after July 1, 2009. You will need to select a new username and password.

Once registered, you will see the same services as well as robust health information and tools. Here is what you can do at Caremark.com:

• Conveniently order refills online (any existing refills will be available to you once you register)
• Print mail service order forms
• Securely store your credit card information for payment
• View your prescription history for the past 12 months
• Check your benefit coverage and drug cost
• Find a local pharmacy
• Access valuable drug and health information
• Receive drug alerts and e-newsletters

If you use mail service, any remaining Pharmacare refills will be sent to CVS Caremail Mail Service Pharmacy automatically as of July 1, 2009. For new mail prescriptions, complete a new order form and mail to: CVS Caremark, P.O. Box 1330, Pittsburgh, PA 15230-9906.
